Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I bought 3 garden gnomes and on 6/2/2021 arrived destroyed. I sent many e-mail and today is 6/15/2021 and I didn't have any answer from Blain's Farm & Fleet and my money is flying yet. Stay away from this company

I went to FF Appleton Wisconsin to buy…

I went to FF Appleton Wisconsin to buy a firearm advertised on the website. The salesperson Jesse and his sidekick Jacob were very rude and not helpful. The gun I wanted was not in stock. They did nothing to assist my purchasing effort. Horrible experience. NEVER shop FF again.

August 4th 2020, i placed a review that was horrible regarding Waukesha's Blain's Farm & Fleet, nobody from the store or corporate chose to contact me and make things right. Horrible customer service.

No customer service!

I placed an order on 12-17-2020. The order went through and in minutes I received an email stating that the order was cancelled -- no explanation at all. I called their 800 number and spoke to a representative that said she would send an urgent notice to have "corporate" contact me within 48 hours. After 48 hours, with no phone or email contact, I called back and spoke to another representative that said she would have to contact "corporate" and have them contact me. It appears they have no clue and just give you a canned response. I was trying to purchase some last minute gifts, but by the time I hear from them Christmas will have passed! I will go elsewhere to purchase my items. Overall I would give them zero stars, but you have to give at least one star to leave a review.

Frustrating experience after checking…

Frustrating experience after checking on line for an item The closest store is 1 hour away. I checked for y=the item the show 12 in stock at RW1. So after driving there I can't locate the item. I get help he tells me they have 12 in stock 1/2 house later he and the mgr. let me know it must be a computer mix up. They do not have them. So in the way out I buy a different item pay for it then I'm told the are out of them but I can by the floor model. DO I get a discount because its a floor model mgr says no! That doest'r seem right. Not happy I buy the item and was told to drive to the pick up area long the side of the store. Which I do. I'm the only car in line. I go in give the pick up slip to the attendee. He says I go get you item. Then 2 cars pull up behind me. Hw says pull over to bay 1 and I'll get you item. I wait and wait looking back he is now loading the car that pulled up behind me. I walk back wait until he has finished the loading. I ask the attendee wasn't I next in line? He says yes but I'm here alone. I replied I understand but weather you have 1 or 5 working does not change the fact I was before the costumers behind me. he says you are right I'm sorry and finally loads me. What a bunch of crap. Going there was a frustrating experience.

Yardmax model# yb6770 snow blower

Bought this to replace my tired single stage snow blower. What this snow blower offers with its hand grip warmers, headlight and cup holder and overall performance, expect to pay hundreds more for a competitors equivalent model. It was fun and fairly easy to assemble. I expect this machine to last for many years but if I do need parts I know Farm and Fleet will have at can get what I need.

I have tried to order several times…

I have tried to order several times online for pickup at the Davenport IA store. Every single time I can watch the online stock go down to zero before my order is picked. (Turkey fryer) DO NOT use the online order system. It SUCKS. Heck, even in store inventory is jacked. I paid for 2 bags of black diamond sandblast material they said was in stock. Went around back to pick it up and "inventory was inaccurate". Took weeks to actually get it. Will be shopping Theisens from now on.

Decline of Farm and Fleet

Been a customer for 50 years. My experience is it really depends which store your at. My current store is Bourbonnais IL. It is the worst!
Looking for items the site claim is in stock without any luck. You would think one of the 6 employees, 3 of which were managers would offer help, NOPE!
I asked an employee where the item was i was looking for. Duhhhh. The tool rep she was talking to offered to help, not the F&F employee. Of course like so often in the Boubonnais store they are out and inventory is someone else's problem.
I have 10 lead acid batteries on the farm. F&F used to provide all, not anymore. Last three came from Batteries and Bulbs after the F&F batteries failed after less than 1 year..

Great customer service and management guys like Cody and Scott they will work with you if you have a problem and get things right with you which makes it a good place to shop

not an authorized service center for husqvarnaers

altho farm and fleet in montgomery il is not a authorized husqvarna dealer, they failed to tell me that, they said my lgt 2654 husqvarna was not under warranty. they also failed to tell me that they sold me this without disclosure that it was built in 2005 and sold to me in 2016. This all began when this spring, the mower would not go forward . i had F&F pick it up, after 10 wks. they told me that they don't weld frames, that the frame was broken in half and i needed to get that fixed. i told them i didn't think that was the problem, but they assured me it was. i fixed the frame and they picked up the unit again, after 2 wks they told me it was the trans, and it would cost me about $1200 to replace,i had the work done. i decided to get in touch with husqvarna to ask about these failures, that's when i learned F&F is not an authorized service center and also my mower was built in 2005. now i'm out $1300 and if i want anything further to do with husqvarna customer service i will have to take it to an authorized service center for them to determine what caused the failures.
